N--表示第Ⅲ卷第1册的Nuclear safe related components, 取首字母N;
C--表示第Ⅲ卷第2册的Concrete Containments, 取首字母C;
A--表示第Ⅲ卷第1册附录Appendices, 取首字母A;
NCA 是第1册（包括附录）和第2册的通用要求。

1 GENERAL
Section III consists of Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, and Division 5. These Divisions are broken down into Subsections
