前言
随着国内制造厂的国际化步伐加快,越来越多的厂家开始承接ASME设备。SA-105和SA-266是最常用的两个ASME锻件牌号。这两个牌号的锻件是有所区别的,千万不要混用。
1ASEM II D的SA-105中的规定 This specification covers forged carbon steel piping components for ambient- and higher-temperature service in pressure systems. Included are flanges, fittings, valves, and similar parts ordered either to dimensions specified by the purchaser or to dimensional standards such as the MSS, ASME, and API specifications referenced in Section 2. Forgings made to this specification are limited to a maximum weight of 10 000 lb [4540 kg]. Larger forgings may be ordered to Specification A 266/A 266M. Tubesheets and hollow cylindrical forgings for pressure vessel shells are not included within the scope of this specification.

2.1 Interpretation Number : VIII-1-83-24 Question(s) and Reply(ies): Question: Does Section VIII, Division 1, allow the use of SA-105 material for fabrications other than piping flanges? Reply: Yes.
2.2 Interpretation Number : VIII-1-89-178 Question(s) and Reply(ies): Question: May forged SA-105 blind flanges complying with ANSI B16.5 in pressure Classes 150 through 600 be utilized as heat exchanger tubesheets for Section VIII, Division 1 construction provided that both flange and tubesheet calculations are performed to verify that the thickness and bolting meet the requirement of the Code? Reply: No. (See para. 1.1 of SA-105 for scope limitation.)
2.3 Interpretation: VIII-1-89-244 Question(s) and Reply(ies):
Question: May the body flanges and hubs of carbon steel pressure vessels that will be built in accordance with Section VIII, Division 1, with inside shell diameters larger than 24 in., be made from SA-105 forgings?
Reply: Yes.
2.4 Interpretation Number : VIII-1-89-47 Question(s) and Reply(ies): Question: May forged SA-105 blind flanges complying with ANSI B16.5 in pressure Classes 150 through 600 be utilized as heat exchanger tubesheets for Section VIII, Division 1 construction? Reply: No.
2.5 Interpretation Number : VIII-1-98-48 Question(s) and Reply(ies): Question: A flat, bolted cover is designed in accordance with the rules of UG-34(c)(2). The cover contains multiple openings which are reinforced in accordance with UG-39(e)(1) or UG-39(e)(2). May the cover be constructed of SA-105 material? Reply: Yes.
2.6 Interpretation Number : VIII-1-01-92 Question(s) and Reply(ies): Question: Is SA-105 permitted for pad-type (studding outlet) nozzles, such as depicted in Fig.UG-40, sketch (a-2) of Section VIII, Division 1? Reply: Yes.
3 老愚的总结 老愚根据多年的使用经验,可以归为以下几点:
(1) SA-105与SA-266的重量范围不一样,锻件质量较小时,采用SA105,锻件质量较大时,采用SA266。SA-105质量最大能用到4540 kg。
(2) SA-105不适用于管板和空心筒体,而SA-266则可以。SA-105一般仅仅适用于法兰、接管法兰、管件等。 对于换热器等设备法兰,老愚建议不要采用SA-105,应采用SA-266。
(3) SA-105和SA-266虽然元素成分和含量等方面没有本质的差异,但是冶炼时的品质和检测检验方法稍有区别。总的来说,冶炼时钢厂对SA-266更加重视,检测手段相对严格,产品质量更好一些。
