要看使用的部位了。取证或者打钢印的话，对于锅炉来说，非受压件是可以用国标钢板的，受压件就不可以了。

ASME材料里已经允许用GB713的部分材料，但是他的各项力学性能要按第二卷里D篇里规定的用，是有条件的

(-b) A copy of the certification by the material manufacturer of the chemical analysis required by the permitted specification, with documentation showing the requirements to which the material was produced
and purchased, and which demonstrates that there is no conflict with the requirements of the permitted specificat ion, has been furnished to the vessel or part Manufacturer.
(-c) A certification that the material was manufactured and tested in accordance with the requirements of the specification to which the material is recertified, excluding the specific marking requirements, has been furnished
to the vessel or part Manufacturer, together with copies of all documents and test reports pertinent to the demonstration of conformance to the requirements of the permitted specification.

可以经过按ASME标准要求复验后，各项性能指标和化学成份符合ASME规范，可以看作符合ASME规范的钢板吗

最好采用ASME认可的部分国标材料，这是最方便的使用方法。

ASME的材料不好买，想问的是，是否可以按ASME标准进行各项复验，达标后，可以作ASME材料使用

近期国标中一些常用材料如Q345R已和ASME互相认可了，请查阅相关文件

应该不可以，国标可以复验用ASME
